1. OPEN WEAVE SOIL SAVER
Open weave Soil Saver is a net fabric woven from coir yarn.It is ideal geotextile for situations where land is sloppy which may lead to tiling and gulling.In such slopes,heavy rainfall causes loss of soil.In the areas of scanty rainfall where soil is non-cohesive and prone to wind blowing,Open weave soil saver provides adequate protection.The quality is denoted mainly by the Mass per SqM. (GSM). Available in qualities ranging from 400 to 1000 GSM. The products meet relevant ASTM standards in respect of various technical parameters such as Mass per unit area, Thickness, wide width Tensile strength in machine and cross direction, Maximum elongation,Water absorption, Shear stress, C-factor, Apparent opening size, Functional longevity etc.

- Made from friction spun Coir yarn and the fibres are selectively extracted from husk. The fibre length and fibre orientation are critical for performance.

2. LOOP WEAVE SOIL SAVERS
Loop weave soil saver is a product made with loop construction usually manufactured in rolls for use as a geofabric for soil erosion control and soil stabilization. It is a three dimensional structure and helps in trapping the soil particles eroded more effectively. This is ideal for more steep slopes and where the soil is loose. The vegetation growth is good with the trapped top soil along with added organic manure creating appropriate micro climate.
Technical Specifications
The Loop soil savers are available in the width of upto 2 M and length upto 50 M in roll form.
The loop size can vary but normally in the range of 8-10mm. The Product has a GSM of 950-1000.

3.GES NON WOVEN EROSION CONTROL BLANKETS
The GES Erosion Control Blanket is Non woven coir blanket sandwiched between two UV stabilized polymer nettings. Available in qualities ranging from 600 to 800 GSM. The products meet relevant ASTM standards in respect of various technical parameters such as Mass per unit area, Thickness, wide width Tensile strength in machine and cross direction, Maximum elongation,Water absorption, Shear stress, C-factor, Apparent opening size, Functional longevity ,puncture resistance and UV stability etc.

- Good drapability and hold on to the top soil very well.
- Very small AOS and hence micro climate spots are large in number. The fibres on non woven impart better frictional properties and improve aeration for speedier vegetation establishment.
